Any instruction given by an officer to an RC or MC rep concerning their
region's operation(s) is to be implemented at the earliest possible
opportunity. The instruction is to be followed to the letter, irrespective
of whether or not you think the officer is in the right or has authority.
There are no exceptions and RC, MC Reps have no authority to
assume any course of action which doesn't strictly adhere to the officer's
directive. Unless overridden by the MC in 2, the officer's
directive is final.
If you do not agree with the officer's directive, raise it at MC level
and it will be dealt with as new business at the next meeting, via email
discussion/vote, or an extra-ordinary meeting will be called. The original
directive will then be voted upon by the entire MC in accordance with Rules
45.7 - 45.12 inclusive. The Regions/Officers have full authority under the
Rules to support the directive or override/replace it. Any such decision by
the MC is binding and final.
